Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by natural disasters, misuse, or failure to maintain the roof properly.

5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing clear access to the property, ensuring pets and personal belongings are secured during construction, and maintaining regular maintenance following completion.

6. Site Access and Safety
Tectum Roofing may use equipment, ladders, and machinery that requires access to driveways, yards, and other parts of the property. Customers acknowledge that minor incidental damage (such as lawn or landscaping disturbance) may occur and accept reasonable risk associated with construction activities.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tectum Roofing is not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising out of the use of our services or website. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the services rendered.
