Project Superintendent

Job Description

  • Project Superintendent to communicate with Production daily. Keeping VP of production and VP of Operations current on progress of all projects 
  • Daily photos of progress, damage and/or safety concerns uploaded to CRM 
  • Monitor and enforce use of PPE per OSHA requirements for onsite subs or employees 
  • Attend weekly onsite General Contractor meetings 
  • Attend weekly Production meetings with VP of production 
  • Maintain industry standards per manufacture specifications, regional building codes and scope of work as specified per job 
  • Must have and maintain valid driver’s license 
  • Utilize Blu Beam field app with issued tablet, documenting changes from original scope of work or damages caused by other trades 
  • Submit change orders to GC for any work outside the original scope of work or damages caused by other trades 
  • Submit written safety violations and or fines to Sub Contractors/employees 
  • Monitor completion of work by Subs and provide progress reports 
  • Provided Hard hats, high visibility vest and proper footwear must be worn at all times while on jobsites 
  • 40 hours per week commitment 
  • Eligible for company truck after 30 days with tectum insurance approval 
  • Must be local to Colorado Springs or will to relocate prior to start
