Job Description
- Project Superintendent to communicate with Production daily. Keeping VP of production and VP of Operations current on progress of all projects
- Daily photos of progress, damage and/or safety concerns uploaded to CRM
- Monitor and enforce use of PPE per OSHA requirements for onsite subs or employees
- Attend weekly onsite General Contractor meetings
- Attend weekly Production meetings with VP of production
- Maintain industry standards per manufacture specifications, regional building codes and scope of work as specified per job
- Must have and maintain valid driver’s license
- Utilize Blu Beam field app with issued tablet, documenting changes from original scope of work or damages caused by other trades
- Submit change orders to GC for any work outside the original scope of work or damages caused by other trades
- Submit written safety violations and or fines to Sub Contractors/employees
- Monitor completion of work by Subs and provide progress reports
- Provided Hard hats, high visibility vest and proper footwear must be worn at all times while on jobsites
- 40 hours per week commitment
- Eligible for company truck after 30 days with tectum insurance approval
- Must be local to Colorado Springs or will to relocate prior to start
