Commercial Roof Repair
Targeted repair of leaks, seams, flashings and storm damage, documented with photographs and matched to the existing roof system.
Tectum Roofing is a commercial roofing contractor delivering replacement, repair, inspection, maintenance, building envelope, and roof asset management services across Colorado Springs, Denver, and the broader Front Range. From single-building owners to multi-property portfolios, every project is engineered to commercial standards and executed by certified field teams.
Commercial roofing in Colorado requires more than installing a membrane. It requires inspection-first methodology, documented condition reporting, manufacturer-certified system selection, and long-term asset planning. Tectum Roofing provides a full range of commercial roofing service lines — each engineered around the same operational standard: do the work correctly, document it thoroughly, and stand behind it for the long term.
Whether you’re managing a single commercial property or coordinating roofing across a multi-property portfolio, every Tectum project begins with the same baseline — a documented roof inspection that produces a written findings report. From there, we recommend the appropriate service: repair, replacement, restoration, capital planning, or full building envelope work. Our certified field teams execute under superintendent oversight with photographic documentation on every job.
Every Tectum service is delivered under the same operational discipline: documented inspections, photographic reporting, manufacturer-certified installation, and superintendent oversight. Click any service below to see specific scope, project examples, and Front Range applications.

Tectum specifies and installs by industry — exposure profile, downtime sensitivity and capital horizon differ by building type, and the specification follows the building.
PVC, TPO and metal systems specified for chemical exposure, rooftop equipment loads and operations that cannot shut down for roofing work.
Wide-span low-slope roofing phased around dock operations, with systems chosen for cost efficiency, energy performance and long service.
Roofing for apartment and HOA communities: phased scheduling, resident communication and reporting written for boards and property managers.
Roofing for manufacturing facilities where process exhaust, thermal cycling and rooftop equipment drive membrane selection and detailing.
Roof systems for hospitals and medical buildings where fire performance, occupied-facility scheduling and documentation drive the specification.
Roofing for schools and campuses planned around academic calendars, summer execution windows and district approval cycles.
Every Tectum engagement begins with a documented roof inspection — not a sales call. We produce a written findings report with photographic evidence before scope is written or pricing is set. You decide what to do with the report. We don’t push, we don’t bundle, and we don’t manufacture urgency.
Tectum is a certified/approved contractor with GAF, Elevate, Duro-Last, IB Roof Systems, Versico and Johns Manville. Tectum works with Sheffield Metals, Drexel Metals, Berridge, PAC-CLAD, Alucobond and Western States. We’re not locked into one system. We specify what fits your building.
Photographic condition reports, written scope documents, and manufacturer warranty registration where the project qualifies — not just the complex ones. Property managers receive deliverables they can hand to ownership without translation. Documentation isn’t an add-on. It’s how every Tectum project closes out.
Repair addresses specific failures — leaks, open seams, damaged flashings, punctures or drainage problems — while the existing roof system stays in service. Replacement removes or overlays the existing system and installs a new membrane or metal roof, usually when the roof is near the end of its service life or has widespread failures. Tectum’s inspection tells you which one the roof actually needs.
Duration depends on roof size, the system being installed, tear-off requirements, weather and how much work must be phased around your operations. Small commercial roofs can take days; large or multi-building projects run several weeks. Tectum provides a written schedule with the proposal and coordinates phasing with your facility team.
It depends on the age and condition of the roof, how widespread the problems are, and whether moisture has entered the insulation. If most of the membrane is sound and the failures are localized, repair is usually the better investment. Tectum’s documented inspection, including infrared moisture scanning where conditions allow, gives you the evidence to decide.
Tectum installs TPO, PVC and EPDM single-ply systems, built-up roofing, standing seam and exposed-fastener metal roofing, metal wall panels and ACM panels, along with gutters, skylights and architectural sheet metal. Tectum is a certified/approved contractor with GAF, Elevate, Duro-Last, IB Roof Systems, Versico and Johns Manville. Tectum works with Sheffield Metals, Drexel Metals, Berridge, PAC-CLAD, Alucobond and Western States.
The Roof Asset Management (RAM) Program is Tectum’s structured program for managing commercial roofs as long-term assets rather than reacting to leaks. Every tier includes two documented inspections per year with an A–F condition grade and photo reporting, and higher tiers add a Repair Bank and priority emergency response. It is available for single buildings and multi-building portfolios.
Tectum provides commercial roofing services across Colorado Springs, Pueblo, Castle Rock, Parker and Denver and the surrounding Front Range from its Colorado Springs headquarters.
