Project Superintendent
Field leadership brings together crew coordination, material planning, site access and communication with project teams. Commercial roofing supervision also involves following the project scope, monitoring workmanship and keeping safety and schedule requirements visible throughout the job.
Commercial Estimator
Estimating connects roof conditions and project documents with a defined scope. The work can include reviewing plans, measuring quantities, coordinating material information, identifying exclusions and preparing clear proposal documentation for commercial projects.
Commercial Sales Representative
Commercial sales involves building relationships with property owners, managers and facility teams, qualifying roof concerns, arranging inspections and following up on proposals. Accurate notes and communication between the customer and the production team help turn an initial conversation into a well-defined project.
Roof Repair & Service Technician
Service work focuses on investigating leaks, documenting conditions and carrying out repairs and maintenance appropriate to the roof system. Useful experience includes membrane details, flashings, drainage, rooftop access and clear photo documentation of the work performed.
Gutter & Sheet Metal Installer
Commercial drainage and sheet metal work connects gutters, downspouts, flashings and related details with the building’s water-management needs. Measurement, fabrication coordination, fit and secure attachment are important parts of the work.
